So. First journal entry. Finally decided to give this thing a try. It's kind of funny, I've had this account for so long and haven't really done anything with it. I've actually tried to use the journal once or twice, but I didn't know what was really "expected" of me to write in a journal. And I still don't. Which is why I am writing this. What am I "supposed" to write? Is there an expectation of what's to be found in a journal? Inner thoughts? Questions? Concerns? High school crushes? But of course not. It's not that KIND of journal. Once again, I am forced to ask myself what "kind" of journals are out there. Of course, this is public. Any moron dumb enough to accidentally wander onto my profile of shame could read my heart's contents, if I saw fit to share them. Fortunately, or not, I don't care for that sort of relationship with all you strangers. Another thing, "all 'you' strangers." Who am I addressing? What if no one reads this, ever? You would be a term left in a vacuum. On the other end of the spectrum, if no one reads, then the information in these sentences goes nowhere, and it doesn't really exist. Or does it? Logical conundrum: "If a blog is created, but there are no internet morons to read it, is it really there?"
